Seller's Market
Occurs when there are a lower number of homes for sale compared to a higher number of buyers looking to buy. Seller's will be less likely to take low offers with a number of conditions and they will wait until an offer comes in to what they want.
Balanced Market
Occurs when there are the same amount of buyers to listings.

This is one of the most important steps and will help keep you on track to ensure you are purchasing the right home. I will ask you a series of questions to determine what you are looking for. Through-out the buying process I will keep these factors in mind so we are not wasting valuable time and energy.
Help you Get Pre-Qualified
This step involves speaking to your financial institution to determine how much you can afford.
With your pre-approval from your financial institution, you will have a limit as to what your debt to service ratio is. We can then start looking at homes on the Multiple Listing System (MLS) that falls within your budget.
